My Mother is ready to send the form I-130 to petition my brother.
My question are:
Does she need to send or include the money 420.00 together with the form I-130?
Who will fill up the form G-325A? is this for my brother or for my Mother?

G-325A is not required with the I-130 for children of LPR or USC. Only spouses need to file G-325A with the I-130.
