Hi people.

In the lottery form that we submitted before the lottery results, was there a place that we wrote our university starting and ending times?

And what do we write to the spouse's birth date on the DS-230 form that it doesn't let me type N/A to the date section.

Any ideas?

No, the lottery entry did not ask for that level of detail - only your highest level of education.

If you have no spouse and have put N/A in the spouse section I would simply leave the phone field blank.
