Lots of cases have been assigned to officers as per IIOs...but where are approvals..

Lots of guys posting their cases have been assigend to officer as per IIOs. But We are not seeing those many approvals. Any idea whats happening.
 
Officers

are on Vacation at Work. They are not accountable to anyone and will start doing their job (for which you and I pay the salary) whenever they get bored with idling.
