Lost visa in mail from Montreal

I had CP interview in Montreal, The interviewer asked for more documents and stamped my passport with 221g, finally last week she sent the visa by mail, but unfortunately the mail has not recieved yet, the mail was sent in Canada's prepaid Xpress envelop to my Toronto address, it should not take more than 2 days to receive the mail, but the mail has not arrived yet. I called the Canada post they could not track the paket either.

Now suppose if the mail has lost, will embassy send me a duplicate or another visa, how long they will take to issue another visa, will I have to go to Consulate again, does any one have any idea what is going to happen in this situation.

Do mind sharing: why 221g was issued i.e. what kind of documents were missing from your application?

IU received the visa mail today.!!!
Me and my ex had divorce two week befor the interview, they asked me to send divorce peper and the stement who has the child custody.

Are you a Canadian citizen or permanent resident? I am also planning to apply for CP in Canada. I got my Canadian PR in March and currently working in U.S. on H1b.
