FYI:
My 485 was approved on 10/14/04.
RFE was issued on 10/26/04 for my wife's application. However upto date it was not received by my attorney's office (Or they misplaced after receiving).
So today I called National Customer Service to ask to re-send the letter. What they say is you have to wait for 30 days after the original issue date to request a copy of RFE. Also they said USCIS is implementing a new system effective from 11/12/04. After that thay are able to reissue a copy 14 days after the original issue date.
