Hello,
I am a US Citizen and I am ready to file I-130/I-485 for my wife who is in H1-B status.
I want to apply EAD (I-765) for her too. According to the instruction for I765, it says that the photocopy of front and back of her last EAD card is required.
My wife had previously applied for OPT/EAD when she was in F1 status back in 2002. However, my wife could no longer find the OPT/EAD card therefore she couldn't make the photocopy. Can she still apply for the new EAD? Can my wife submit alternative document instead of photocopy of the front and back of her last EAD card?
