Lost Passport with H1B

Hi there,

I "have" a UK passport with a H1-B stamp and I-94 stapled to it.

Unfortunately, I recently lost my passport, together with the stamp etc.

Can you please advice what the best way is to get it re-stamped, once I have a new UK passport. (Note that I am currently in the US and my visa is valid till 2008. My visa was stamped in UK in 2005.)

As long as you have the H1B approval notice you should be fine. You can go to the consulate and get it stamped again either going to Canada/Mexico or UK

This is just my opinion
