lost passport and I-94

friends I am student here on F-1 visa and unfortunately I lost my passport with I-94 card.I have applied for a new passport but I am worried about the visa stamping.Will I get my visa here or back in India.In any case do I have to go for interview again?and whats the procedure for getting the visa again

All I know is that u can get I94 replaced. Look for the right form on the USCIS website.

You can get F1 visa only from your Home country.
