I am now in the process of removing conditional status. When I was applying for permanent resident status, I created an online status check account on the uscis website.
As soon as I got the receipt, I tried logging into the online account, but my password did not work. Tried to recover the password, but my secret question answer did not work either. My account is still there, just the password is lost.
Has anyone tried to recover their login? I didn't try calling them because I am worried that would slow down my application somehow.
