Lost of original I-797 form

Hi
My H1B got approval last month, but I lost my original I-797 form. I need it to go aboard to apply visa, what can I do? Can I ask USCIS to issue me a new copy?

same problem

I have the exact same problem and what I heard is to request a duplicate a new one using I-824 but the problem with this option is that it takes about 1.5 yrs to get the duplicate approval notice.

Please post if you find a better solution for this issue.
