Lost of original H1B approval notice

My H1B got approval last month, but I lost my original I-797 form. I need it to go aboard to apply visa, what can I do? Can I ask USCIS to issue me a new copy?

Ask your lawyer to get a copy of the 797 receipt notice. I don't how how long its going to get the copy but you can get it.
