Lost My Work Authorization Card

Hello all,

I have lost my work authorization card, does anybody know how i can get a new one, is it only a matter of issuing a new one or it needs to be re-applied? Does INS send me a new one if i call them and tell them that it has been lost?

You need to re-apply for a new one immediately.
