Lost job while waiting for interview

I lost job and my CP interview is probably in Nov.
How can I move to 485 processing. Please respond ASAP.

Feel sorry about that.... I guess you cannot shift to AOS now. You may need to start afresh.. But vice versa is possible....
 
Just file form 485 asap

File form 485 along with all the other requirements with the INS. What originals are you talking about ? Your lawyer should have received a original I140 approval notice and your company should also have a coutesy copy which you can use.

Also inform the NVC that you are withdrawing your CP application and they should transfer your case file back to the INS.
 
Its really unfortuante :(.

Talk to a lawyer. You will at least get all possible options. I hope you get out of this mess.
