Lost Indain Passport

I lost my indain passport in USA. I know how to apply for new passport.

I have valid L1 and B1 Visa, How to get those two? and I have my I-94 with me.

There is a forum called "Passports"

To answer your original question, you will have to apply for a new visa at a US consulate either in India or in Mexico or Canada. Of course, you will need visa to visit either of these 2 countries.
You cannot get 2 visas at the same time (L1 and B1).
