I filed I 102 to replace my original I 94 (lost), (nedeed for my I485 already filed )now I got a letter from USCIS requesting additional evidence.
The problem is that the last time I enter the United States I did it by bus , I was inspected in Laredo , TX, they handed me I 94 (now lost), but my passport was not stamped, so I dont have evidence of my entry. Is this going to be a problem?. Should US officials have a record of my entry, as i was inspected and gave me I 94 ? What should I do?
