I lost my I-94, but have the stamp on my AP and everything is up to date. I will hvae to travel soon on business and may not have enough time to get a new I-94.
I have been told that if you have evidence that you came in legally, the airline will give you a I-94 to fill out at the ticket counter, without any major hassel. Is this true? If so would a copy of my last I-94 and the satmp on my AP be enough?
