after months of waiting (PD:july 2004) my case was finally scheduled for interview (eb3 schedule A, I-485) at a local office here in LA. unfortunately, one of my bags got lost and it contained my I-94. (my passport is safe). I was just wondering can i be denied at interview because of a lost I-94? i do have xerox copies.i have applied for a replacement at usicis but it will take 2 mos and my interview is 2 weeks from now. thank you so much!
