Hi all,
I came to Us on my F -1 and changed my status to H-1. I lost my i-94 ( the one which i got when i entered US in jan 2002) I still have the one that is sent along the H1B approval.
Now, if I am changing my employer and filing for a new H1b, do I have to produce a copy of the old I-94 , or is the new i-94 that came with the h1b approval is sufficient.If th eold one is needed, how soon can I get it and I read that You can walk in the local INS Office and get an immediate replacement. Is it True??
