Hi
My parents lost their I 94. They have 10 year multiple entry visa. They initially got their
stay issue for 5 months and they have three more months to go. I would like them to stay past the 5 months.
1. I am planning on filing I-104 to obtain a new I-94
2. Then attach the I-797 issue form from the I-104 and file for the extension of stay (I-539) two months later.
Would that work ?
