I couldn't find my i-94. Should I get a replacement? My i-94 is expired.
I have an interview coming up in December.
Do I need to have a replacement ? because they will take it away anyway...

I didn't have mine too. I applied for a replacement right before applying for AOS, so as I applied for AOS, I didn't have an I94, but I included the NOA. I didn't want to take chances. But again mine was D/S. Even if you apply now, you will not get a replacement by Dec. Sorry, I don't even know what to tell you.

I didnt have my I-94 either. my interview is on December. My lawyer says its fine because I have a photocopy of that. and I just have to bring my passport with my visa.
Immigration just want to see if you entered USA legally and with inspection. Thats the purpose of the I-94.

What's D/S?
So did you go to the interview? and did the person ask for I-94?

D/S is Duration of Stay - that's the expiration for F1 status, i.e. you are in status as long as you are in sch. etc etc. I don't have an IL yet. I agree with Chicklet, it may not be very crucial, all they may want to know is that you entered legally. Have everything ready to show that you entered legally - and those are the same documents you'd send with 102 (replacement of 1/94).
Those who have had their interviews say that the I94 is taken away.
