hi everyone,
I havent lost my EAD but it was my post office mistake they did dont send the card back to the uscis,while i moved from the address to which they have sent..so they asked me to file again.
my i94 will be expiring in jan 2012 ending,my visa will be renewed from here as my hubby is on L1 A ,
Am looking for job presently and the time it takes for the new card is still 90 days(approved case),so can i be in job market in such case ,can i give my eac case number to my employee and say that i have asked for the replacement card?
