Hi,
I am an Indian currently staying in California US on H1 visa which is valid till June 2006.
Unfortunatly I lost my Passport which consisting my US Visa and I-94.
I have reported this loss at local police station.
I have applied for duplicate passport at Indian Consulate at SF and got the duplicate passport.
Any body Pl help me in advicing what is the process for applying for duplicate visa and I-94 form. Where should I apply for them, Whether I have to go back to india?
