My wife lost her green card while on a recent trip to India. We obtained a travel document from the US embassy for the airlines and then the CBP agent at the port of entry made her file I-90 to replace a lost green card. They collected the fee there itself including the biometric fees. She is supposed to go for fingerprinting in a few days for the I90 application, at the same time, we are also about to file for N400. My question is whether she needs to attach the I90 receipt with the application or the green card copy (we had it scanned before it was lost).... or both. Also, if she is going for biometrics now, does she need to do it all over again for N400? Anyone with similar experience or knowledge? Appreciate your advise and thanks in advance.
