Haven\'t received the FP notice. Lawyer called NSC in Oct said that the FP was not mailed yet. Lawyer called again yesterday and they said it has been mailed (but never received). The IIO suggested to either:
1. Bring wife\'s FP notice and try to get FP taken (which is BS I think).
2. Wait for 5 more months until the case is assigned to officer.
I thought that if we ignore the FP notice the case is automatically withdrawn. Anyone has similar experience? Any suggestion?
