Lost EAD - Please advise

I lost my wallet today in NYC subway and bunch of cards including my EAD. This EAD expires in June 2004. What do I do? Do apply for one or wait for next renewal?

I assume (or hope)- you have a photocopy or your employer would have a photocopy. You don't need the EAD on a day-today basis. If you had showed it to your employer when you joined- then he does not need it till renewal. So....

ccs, as long as you have a photocopy of the EAD card and the original of the envelope and jacket which was shipped with the EAD inside you don't have a problem. You only need those while renewal
