My wife lost her EAD card few weeks back and seh got laid off last week.
We spoke to the lawyer to apply for duplicate card. She is asking for the police report which we are stil waiting from lousy NYPD.
The question for you guys is...
When you start on the new job on EAD, do you have to show the card, or is it just that you need to provide the EAD A#number?. We still have the A# on the stub which came with the card, would that be enough to start a new job?
