Lost EAD approval notice, got Card.

Hi,

I filed my EAD in July 07 and the company or the attorney lost the Original approval notice. But we received the receipt notice as well as the EAD card.

Can you please advise where I will face any issue. I guess it will be when renewing the EAD just before 6 months of its expiry. If so what should I do now.

You have already outlined the issue, which is that you don't have the approval notice but you do have the actual EAD card. In this case, you will face no problems whatsoever, since it's only the actual card that's important. When you renew, you should submit a copy of the old card that you have. You will never be asked for the approval notice.
