lost EAD&AP receipt notices- please advice

I lost my & my wifes EAD&AP receipt original notices. I have copies of it.

I don't think we get EAD approvals before my current EAD expires. In that case can I get Interim-EAD with EAD receipt photo copy.

You can get it. I got it last week at Arlington, VA. They don't really care whether it is original or photo copy. All they need is proof.
 
I(or my Lawyer) never received my EAD receipt, I think it got lost in mail. I used the check cashed by USCIS for EAD to get interim EAD from Newark. Endorsement section of cashed check will have the receipt number.

Since you the copies, you are absolutely fine.
