Hi,
Four years ago, my wife asked for a B2 visa extension. Her applications was accepted and she received a letter of confirmation from the USCIS Texas office. when the extension period was expired she left USA and got back to her country.
Last year her visa expired and she applied for a renovation but the officer asked her for the extension letter, unfortunately, she lost it. My question is, Is it possible to ask for a copy of this letter? where? Is there a particular form for that purpose?.
