Is there a possibility that 485 App gets lost after reaching VSC? I filed for 485 on June 15 2001 and have not received a receipt yet. Are there any other possibilities? Any help in this regard is appreciated.

Attorney has not received the receipt yet. Spoke to IIO and he cannot find my record in the system.
 
Has your check been cashed?

If so, the EAC numbers should show on the back of your check.
You will get clue to track your receipts.

How did ur attorney send it ? Fedex/UPS ? There should be a way to track it. The reason i am asking u to track it is because that is the only way u can tell ur attorney sent it. Somebody I know was @##@# by his company and attorney. They said they mailed it in May 2001 and now he finds out that the attorney never mailed his application as his company asked the attorney not to.
