Hi All,

Myself and wife had got our AP in triplicate - three copies out which she used one. Just found out today that out of the three, one is missing. I know that you have to give back all the AP copies, EAD etc during stamping, iam wondering whether there is an issue because of this missing copy? Since AP is invalid after I-485 approval should it be a problem? I would think not, but just wanted your opinions. Will the officer ask for all the copies? Should my wife tell the officer that she has lost one copy? Please advice.

No problem at all. I had 2 copies but gave back only one. No questions asked.
