I m a I-485 pending since 2003, getting EAD each year Last year the process to renew the EAD was so fast, but this year I applied Sep 4. 90 day before expired (Dec 9) and I aint got approved yet, when for the biometrics in Sep 23. Processing day is 15 aug.
In 2004 i was delay and my company kick me out, took me a lot of paper work and lawyer fees $500 to get a extension of the EAD, I just dont want to go that way anymore, with my I-485 I got it enough. I wrote letter to senators, rep, and Ombudsman in Washington....
