Loosing hope. What are the options?

My FP is expiring in 13 days. my ND is 4/18/2003. I don't think TSC will approve my application in 2 weeks. Wish they approve my 140 atleast.

My lawyer opened an enquiry in July 30. so far nothing. We will open one more tomorrow.

any one in same boat?

send TSC a FAX

Send TSC a FAX quoting that your FP is about to expire. You will get the sample letter for that in TSC forum somewhere. See if that works....

my 140/485 RD is 05/01/2003, inquiry to TSC 07/27/04, no news so far...

also contact senator's office, make inquiry 08/24/04, no result so far
