  I dont know if this is true but when I checked rupnet.com/immigration I found a couple of June 2001 RD cases being approved. I dont know if these guys belong to the NSC or accidentally posted their info in the NSC database:
1) Raja LIN-01-229-xxxxx 06/15/2001 (RD) 07/28/2001 (ND)
   IND-MN-EB2 04/23/2002 (AD Date)
2) Senthil LIN-01-228-xxxxx 06/07/2001 (RD) 07/26/2001 (ND)
   IND-IA-EB2 4/23/2002 (AD Date)

My LIN # is also LIN-01-229-xxxxx and RD is 06/15/2001 but when I called the AVM it gives me the same message (FP\'s received on Jan xx)

nope..they r not true..I am sure..there has been a prior discussion regarding this< EOM>
