Looks like the problem corrected itself

We need at least 3-4 weeks to be sure TSC is back on track with other centers.

Misunderstanding

I should have been more clear. I had a problem with signing the petition this morning. I was getting error messages with the petition. I was referring to this problem and not TSC. Definitely even with 3-4 weeks TSC is not going to catch up with other centers at the least so our crusade against them should/will continue.
