Looks like RFE is being delayed!!!

Hi Folks,

After reading the forums and being a victim. I am begining to realize that people whose RFE were issued around 4,5,6 August haven't received them in mail.

Is this true?

Mine was issued on 08/06/2004(Friday) and I got the e-mail on 08/09/2004 that RFE was issued on 08/06/2004 and my lawyer received the RFE on 08/10/2004.
 
My lawyer hasn't received anything yet.. He told me that it takes 6-10 days to get this. But I am seeing once USCIS started online notification system. Mails ususally come in 3-5 days...
I have recently changed my address. But my lawyer should get the RFE.

I don't know what's happening..
 
When you changed your address, not only have to fill Ar11, but also have to call them and tell them.
Check you got confirmation with in 30 days.
If not call them again untill you got Confirmation.

This is from my experience.

These guys here something. Before they change Address on all the places in the file, they will go for week end.
