May/2/2001 RIR NY SESA.
My LC was sent to NY DOL on March 6 from NY SESA.
I learnt today from my attorney that NY DOL is no more current.
Meaning: It is taking more than 3 weeks for it to even look at any application.
We have in recent past seen many May 2001 LC's making into NY DOL on this forums but nothing making out of NY DOL do far.
Anyone with similar wait from NJ or NY SESA please post your comments.
