looks like 485 RD 2003 are not getting approvals

I might be wrong, but after seeing approval Treand Most of the approvals are 2004 RD.
2003 RD I saw only two or three. Is this some thing to do with NameCheck(FBI). Is Name check Expires like FP. I read so many posts saying that . Is that true. If so,

all filers in 2003 might have cleard there Namecheck in 2004 or 2005. If we need to go through namecheck again we are big way stucked in Namecheck


any thoughts on this guys...?
 
For what it's worth, I had an Infopass appointment yesterday. The officer told me that my case has been transferred from TSC to CSC. The case was originally filed at VSC, and moved to TSC in 03/2007. There has been no LUD change on my case since the VSC -> TSC move. Strange...
