Hi.
I completed my MS and happily worked in US for 3+ years on H1B. For family priorities I left my job, moved back to home country close to family in Jan 2010 while H1B was still active. Eventually H1B expired. Since then, I have been also working in my hometown.
Now I am ready for US again. Looking to know the following:
*a. Do I need to peruse path of H1B as a new filing? means - LCA approval, educational evaluation, new H1B etc. around April beginning, and wait till October? OR
*b. Do need to find the best matching position to my skillset and just transfer my H1B? Or
*c. Is there something else I need to do?
