Guys ..I am Indian Citizen But currently working in Australia..My Girl friend (USA Citizen) and me decide to get married in India in coming October... I have 4 quick question here if someone can answer then i will be appreciate for this ..
1st ....which USA Visa Office faster for processing spouse application ?AUSTRALIA OR INDIA ??
2nd..Is (usa)spouse application processing time is same in all countries or different for all countries ??
3rd....which visa office i should choose ... Australia or India ??what's the processing time for spouse application in both USA visa office ??
4th...If i come to USA for visit then can i apply under marriage case through inland application ?i mean is there got any inland application option or not ??(if yes ) then what's the different between inland application and out land application ??

Do you already have a US tourist visa? If not, you almost surely won't get one now that you're married to a US citizen. Spouses of US citizens have a high rate of staying to immigrate.

Is your girlfriend living in Australia? If yes, that may make the fast-track option (DCF) possible.

Since you are not married yet, consider the fiance visa (K-1) which would allow you to enter the US in about 3-6 months after the application is initiated. However, it requires getting married inside the US after entry with the visa. If you get married outside the US, you can expect a wait of 6-12 months to enter the US.

thanks for reply ...I am not holding USA visa , but I am holding Australia work permit ONLY and But I can try to apply for USA visa if that's make my spouse application easier in USA , I am just asking for better options .. we r planning to married in coming Oct. in India ..what u think??by the way what u think about fiancé visa ??it's easy to get or not ?what kind of document and proof I need for fiancé (k-1) visa ?? thanks a lot
