First i need to describe my current status. Got married to US citizen in 2003 may. I was out of status at the time of marriage for over a year and a half. I entered country on tourist visa. On our honey moon we crossed bridge in Niagara Falls (damn bridge) and that where all started. I was allowed to re-entry but given hearing date in removal proceedings. After that we filed our i-130 - and got it approved in 2005 june. We filed our i-485 with the judge this year in june 2006. Now i have a problem with my work autorization. Before i was granted EAD twice for 1 year. I get it under section c10. This year i got it for 90 days, it will expired in october 13 2006. My next hearing is scheduled on october 19 2006. So i'm right now unsure what should i do?
I can send letter to my judge to dismiss case, but he has the paperwork for i-485, so it's not in INS computer system. I need advice what should i do in my case, please. Should i dismiss case and hope judge will send my i-485 to immigration, or request to move my hearing to latter date. Any one knows how i-485 applied with judge is handled, please let me know. I need my work autorization, and i also need to speed up process of my case, and i have 90 days to find out what to do and make it happen
