Looking for pre approved labor

I am entering 6th year on h1b, my labor is pending in the Philadelphia BPC. Recently, due to some internal politics, I got fired. I am now looking for pre approved labor. I have 8 years of experience in embedded C++ and have a lot of experience in deploying and integrating radio frequency, LAN systems. I am not sure if a law has been passed that does not allow pre approved labor substitution.
I can get h1b extensions based on my current L/C reciept and am desperately seeking a job that would put me back on place with immigration. Please let me know if anyone can help me.

they are talking about a law to prevent pre-approved labor substitution. So far I think it hasn't passed yet, so this should work.

Also, try to file extension as soon as you can, then try to get new labor filed. Are you sure old employer is not cancelling your pending labor?
 
Yes I talked to my lawyer and he said I can get extensions based on this labor reciept because my employer has already responded to the 45 day letter.
He roughly calculates the L/C to be processed sometime by the end of this year or so and before he says I can get my 7th year extension based on this reciept.
