Looking for substitute labour ??

My friend is looking for a Labor, If you know any one is intrested in transfering Labor Please let us know...email me at krishna_ps@yahoo.com

What do you mean by "transfering" .??
He want a Labour or he has already has a labour in one state and what to transfer .?? We did't understand correctly .

I mean (My friend has H1B1 till April and he has not applied for Labor process) so he is looking for Already approved labor bu which he can apply directly to I-140 ?.

But as per the rules, My friend should have the same skills and education as per the approved labour that we can take care of it...

Please let me know if any one can help us...
 
hmm.. then you are asking about the substitute labour my dear friend.. You should not call it as labour transfer :).
hmm let post in forums some time you will find those substitute labour guys !!
