Looking for job change

I am an Oracle Apps DBA looking for a job change. Currently in upstate NY. I have been trying through the online sites Dice,Monster etc but feel that most of the jobs posted there are false and repeated again and again.
Can somebody pass me the email ids of some head hunters/recruiters .
I am interested in DC/MA/NY/PA areas and of course SFO/Bay.
Any help would be appreciated.

I think most of them are wanting GC/Citizens. I guess I need to go the Desi route.
