My employer is ready to process My GC but no benifits like medical , bench sal, vaccation etc..they only work on 70/30 % on billrate. I have US masters & 2 yrs of US exp . now my pay rate is 32$ per hour.
1. I am eligible of EB2 ?
2. I am looking for a good consulting company to process my GC. If you could give me reliable company names that would be grate.
3. before process start what are terms we need to discuss with them?
