Thank you in advance for any guidance.
My i130 has been approved but the priority date is so slow.
What exactly are the next steps for me and for my wife? I plan to go back to my wife wait for the priority date to be current. What exactly are the next steps for me. From what I can glean from the USCIS and other informative sites, these seem to be the next steps. Please advise me if they are wrong:
After priority date becomes current,
1. choose an agent.
2. pay nvc fees
3. prepare ds260
4. send documents to nvc
5. Wait for the interview date. Get the medical examination from the approved physician.
Looking to clarify:
Did I miss any steps?
None of the steps here have to be done from United States.
From what I have read, all of these can be done online.
Other questions:
Is there anything that I can do right now so that I'm ready when it is time.
