We need a Business Systems Analyst resource for further development of the integrated Electronic Public Health Record System (EPHRS) to include design and development of a shared Role Based Access Module. Applicant must be highly skilled in or knowledgeable with Federal or Industry Role Based Access Standards, Web Services, documentation development, Visio, flowcharting, structured JRPs and JADs, and have strong facilitation and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of healthcare programs is desired.

This employee is to assist with the design and development of shared role based access module which shall be deployed as a web service for PH system and be a logical component or part of the highly visible Electronic Public Health Record System.

I better will contact some official company who has a name and REAL openings. The company who publishes their contact info and their real names, the company who has extended experience and who is well known. The company who will not cheat you and the company who does not publish such the "ads" in order just to collect somebody's CVs
