Looking for a pre-appoved LC for Internist

I am trained in Internal medicine, and have 6 years post residency experience. I have licenses for TX and MI.
Due to combination of bad choices and bad luck, I still do not have my GC. Currently doing NIW with 5 years ending in 2007 and employer unwilling to do PERM.
I am looking for a pre-approved LC. I am ready to move to any state. I just want to end this misery of prolonged GC battle.
Any help will be appreciated.

I don't think there is anything like preapproved labor for physicians. After all, the person holding the lc will have to hire you. That might work for an 'IT consultant' who makes 35k, not for you who has to make 135k to qualify for an I140.

Look for a job with a large multispecialty practice in the midwest. Many of them hire canadian docs all the time and are very familiar with the GC proceedings. You don't have the 'ball and chain' of a J1 waiver around your ankle, there should be a job for you out there. Also, with the EAD from your NIW you will be able to start 'right away' (3months minimum for most physician jobs for credentialing). PERM will work well for large practices that have ongoing recruitment and an easy time to fake the necessary documents (ahem, assemble).
Granted, for a couple of years you will be shoveling snow instead of fixing your AC in january, but if you are really so bent on getting a GC faster it might be worth it.
