Looking for a pointer regarding petitioning for wife

I asked about how to petition for wife to come in another section of this forum and have gotten no response so far. I really miss the energy and quick help offered by everyone in the Citizenship section, and not seeing the regulars in the other sections of this forum makes me feel I am in a different, albeit colder land.

I don't want to cross post here as this topic is not directly relevant to citizenship, but would you be so kind as to point me in the right direction or if you are knowledgeable about the subject, help me answer my questions?

I posted in the other thread but I would like to mention that when you're finall a us citizen you can start the process of bringing your wife to the states. Also, you can do it from Vancouver as I understand it the waiting times there are shorter than the eastern cost of Canada. Need more help from the fine folks here for this gentleman, please.
