Not much going on at TSC.

Look up your local congressman and senator. Email them to find out what's going on. Lets see if we can get some answers. I have already done this.

Briefly mention your frustration, the taxes you pay and the lack of approvals from TSC. I have indicated that I follow many immigration forums and it is clear that nothing has been occuring.

Please take a few minutes to do this.

KennyGH you are dah man.

Hey, I just sent what I thought was a pretty decent letter to Senator Sessions. I pointed out that " delaying the progression of law abiding tax paying residents even in troubled times such as these was unfair and unjust" and that " we should not be treated as low priority and be allowed to move on with our lives"
I included the SRC numbers of me and my wife, for what it was worth. I THINK THIS IS A GREAT IDEA. THANKS.

ramanathansunda / KennyGH ,

Can any of you post a sample letter. I certainly want to do something instead of just sitting here doing nothing.

Still waiting for my FP after almost a month and a half of calling.

Everyday I try to find some logic as to how they send FP notices etc. but have not been able to come up with any algorithm for it.

Do they go by PD ? .......not !! my PD is Nov 98.

Do the go by RD / ND ?? well, RD is June 2001 / ND Aug 2001 !!

By city in US ??? .....

  Running out of logic here !!

Try to be original and put your feelings in the letter.

Here is a copy of my letter.

Dear Sir, I am a Physician working in Mobile. My
Immigrant Visa petition SRC 02 040 50480, was filed
jointly with my wife's petition SRC 02 040 50508, with
the Texas Service Center on 11/19/2001. We are still
waiting to be fingerprinted 14 months later. Delaying
the progression of legal tax paying residents is
unfair. Please address this issue to the best of your
ability. While I realise that these are troubling
times for our Nation's security, keeping those of us
that just want to move on with our lives, as low
priority is unjust. Thank you for helping us in this issue.

I think that's great.
I don't think it needs to be a form letter. Everyone's case is individual, although we shae common frustration. Also perhaps indicate that TSC is a year behind the others for AOS and although others have returned to processing TSC hasn't.
I emphasized that my wife and I are filling critical positions in North Carolina (special education) that are difficult to fill and that someone should be concerned about us wanting to stay in those positions.
